Because I want to see more of her make-up looks all the time, huh? Huh!? This girls been KILLING IT lately. I wouldn’t mind getting some sort of inside scoop from whomever is doing her make-up on this whole promotion-Oscar circuit. Sigh, here are some close-ups.
Obsession

I haven’t been able to get Rooney Mara’s make-up from the Golden Globes off my mind. I’ve been known to get pretty obsessive about such things so I’ve decided to gather as many angles I could and share them here. Three things are evident to my self-trained eye. The first is that a piece of tape must have been used to get that super sharp outside edge. Second, dark shadow was kept off of the centre of the eyelid to acheive that elongated look and lastly, a three-quarter-lash (probably a full lash trimmed by the MUA) was used to get that fullness on the outside. I’m just itching to give this a try myself. On to the angles!
